Gold Exlibris

Gold Exlibris of the Pomeranian Library is the most honorable mention awarded by Stanisław Staszic Pomeranian Library since 1977. It can be given to persons, institutions and organizations, associations and companies whose contribution to the development and promotion of the Pomeranian Library and the network of libraries in West Pomerania, as well as the development of librarianship, reading and information science is particularly remarkable.

Gold Exlibris has been awarded to many persons from the world of science, literature and politics. In recent years, it has been given to Prof. Tadeusz Białecki (2000), the writer Ryszard Liskowacki (2000), the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet Tenzin Gyatso (2000), Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Gerhard Schröder (2001) and many others.
